The length of the production process may vary, depending on the type of attire you want to create with us. More often than not, clients already have their reference to get the estimated length of the production. Based on our experience, for wedding attire, it may take around 3 to 6 months, depending on the design of the attire. For non-wedding attire, it usually takes around 2 weeks to 3 months.

We offer express services, which include under 2 weeks for non-wedding attire and under 3 months for wedding attire.

For wedding attire, we create both traditional and modern attire. From kebaya and beskap for the traditional ones, to wedding gowns and suits for the modern ones. In addition to that, we also cater to outfits for special occasions, including attire for the family of the bride and the groom, bridesmaid dresses or kebaya, as well as engagement, graduation, and quran recital outfits. On top of that, we recently started creating daily wear too.

Yes, we can! It is a part of our service as we want to make sure that your chosen type of attire is made from the most suitable fabric. For bride service, we also dedicate the service to purchasing the materials with our designated designer.

Yes, our studio is located at Kemang Village Residence in South Jakarta.

If it is requested after the client has already agreed with the design and we have already started the production process (e.g. pattern has been made, cutting has been done, etc), we will charge an additional fee for any kind of modification.

The number of fitting sessions may vary depending on the type of attire you want to make. We may conduct more fitting sessions for attire with a more complicated production process. To give you context, we usually have a fitting session for bridesmaids and outfits for special occasions while we usually conduct around three fitting sessions for wedding attire.

Should you not be able to attend one of our sessions, you need to contact us max. 1 (one) day before the session takes place.

Unfortunately, no. We can only cater to virtual fitting specifically for some types of attire. We will not suggest you do a virtual fitting session for kebaya or any fitted dress. However, we can still do a full body measurement online.

Clients may pick up the attire at Kamar Putih workshop once it is completed. In addition to that, we also offer delivery service using third-party courier services such as Gosend, Gocar, Grab, JNE, etc. However, Kamar Putih is not liable for any lost items if it is done by the third parties.

Yes, we do. We have had some clients overseas, so delivery outside Indonesia is doable.

Yes, and we will communicate it to you in advance if there is any escalated cost that may cause the change in the process. Based on our experience, price may change if you decide to use premium fabrics (French lace, beaded fabric, or premium batik), if there are any extra beads that may be added, and/or when modification is required in terms of design.

Yes, the estimated price is all in, including the design and consultation services.

We will invoice you 50% of the estimated price, which shall be payable before we start our consultation session. The remaining 50% will be invoiced prior to the delivery once the outfit is completed.

After our transaction takes place, we offer free alterations for you for up to one month. An additional charge will be incurred for any alteration service after the period. However, for maximum result in alteration, we will strongly encourage clients to make an alteration request no less than (one) week prior the D-day by the latest.
